These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of QPdfReader (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) The service

The App provides PDF reading tools and AI features such as summarization, Q&A, translation, and key takeaways.

2) Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly: $9.99 / month
• Yearly: $49.99 / year

Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore purchases from within the App using Restore Purchases.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service

4) AI disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying important information.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
